🦆 Pip works against the clock in Transmission Control, doing his best to collect and reassemble data quackets before delivering the assembled transmissions to waiting applications.

Pip can collect colour-coded quackets from numbered protocol pallets or take a chance with a mystery pallet.

  • The game is loosely based on packet switching, you must help Pip, an overworked employee of Transmission Control,  to collect colour coded 'quackets' in order to reassemble transmissions being awaited by various applications, listed on the left of the screen.
  • You should only assemble transmissions that are awaited by an application.
  • Each transmission has been sent using one of four internet protocols.
  • Each transmission consists of four quackets.
  • Collect quackets by pressing E to interact with a pallet.
  • Take the correct quackets to the special assembly pallets, the pallets will only accept the correct quackets.
  • You must wait for the transmission to be assembled, but make sure to collect it before it corrupts, and deliver it to the transmission delivery pallet.
  • If Pip gets knocked over by a corrupt duck, press R to revive him.
  • If you accidentally collect the wrong duck, you can dispose of them using the trash pallets.
  • Each quacket must be collected from a colour coded pallet, or you can take a chance and request a random quacket from the mystery pallet.
  • Quackets can also be temporarily stored on the small grey empty pallets dotted around the environment.
  • The game lasts 5 minutes.
  • You can pause the game and access options by pressing Esc

Thank you for test playing my prototype, I would be very grateful if you could complete the feedback form linked here:
